what i am been good at is drinking. it's always come very easily to me. it's much easier than talking to strangers.

tonight an ex-con read poetry to us at one of the local dives. watching an ex-murder read love poems to your girlfriend is total surreal. i highly suggest it.
anyway. if i wasn't drunk, i wouldn't be updating this journal. no one reads it other than myself. i totally excel at total wastes of time.
i'm going to be playing drums on the new 'i am the slow dancing umbrella record' which will be released on chair kickers (alan sparhawk from low's label). it should be weird to see an album i played on in spin, alt. press and magnet. looking forward to it.
i'm also recording a solo album. not quite sure why.

yeah. i just added one. i need to get it touched up. the colors aren't that bright anymore and it needs some more detail work. it's one of the first tattoos i ever got. i still laugh everytime i see it.
