i'm sorry i ignore you so frequently. between my livejournal and my myspace blog, i guess i'm a bit overloaded.
there's been a ton of other shit that's kept me away. the one thing that really did me in?
SURGERY: long story short, i almost died from complications. my quicky 2 hour surgery consisting of a few one inch incisions, an overnight stay in the hospital and a week or so off work ending up actually ending going something like this:
4 hour surgery consisting of excessive bleeding in to my abdomen, two one inch incisions and one 13 inch incision closed by 60+ internal stitches and 30 staples, 5 1/2 days in the hospital and 30 days off work (and that's with me going back to work 2 weeks sooner than the doctor suggested.)
i was bed ridden for 2 1/2 days and couldn't walk normally for nearly 2 weeks. if you wanna see my incision, check out my livejournal. i'd post it here, but i'm too ashamed of my fat fucking body to go slapping pictures up all over the internet. one site will have to do.
in happier news, i started building another drum set. two of the three drums are done:
