this Journal seems ot have become a race and exercise report , although that is unintentional, You see I'm always fighting between my 'good' behaviour and my 'bad' behaviour, I always think of my good Behaviour as lots of exercise and moderate drinking no class A's and watching what I eat . My alter ego is a absolute monster who doesn't know what the meaning of no is and will be up at 6am with work a couple of hours away... which brings me to not racing on wednesday this week.

Yep i binged big time on Tuesday which left me useless for Wednesday. On Plus side i have climbed a bit have done my pull ups etc everyday, and have been up early with Bert ( my jack russsell) watching the deer and foxes in the local woods....
