Pushing my equipment and my limited skill set to the max, this is Jupiter and four of the Galilean satellites, Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callist. Named after the man who first observed them in 1610, Galileo Galilei. Last night Jupiter reached it's closest approach to earth since 1963, approximatley 367 million miles in distance.
