I've always healed my tattoos the same way, never had a problem, actaully, that's not true, I tried Tattoo Goo for healing once and ended up with huge scabs and a spotty tattoo in the end!
The problem isn't the healing regime; I had a reaction to something. I think it was the magenta, but we're not sure.

Actually no. I have plenty of red in me and only had a bad reaction once (it was pretty bad though). My body doesn't really like any ink. About a month and a half after getting tattooed it always flares up and gets all itchy and gross and tries to push the ink out. Stupid body! 
Sometimes I feel like I'm flat-lining and I can here the god damn solid beep.
