Thanx to everyone that asked if I was O.k.
I am, Im just pissed. I finally got the guys name and he was arraigned. He is being charged with Agrivated Battery which is a feloney. I was told by a lawyer friend that they will probably plead it down to a missdemeanor if he has no record. I am however waiting for a call from the States Attorney so I can try to getthem to charge him with a hate crime.

Im glad that you are doing better, if you ever wanna get out here for awhile you know you always have a place to stay here with me....
