Afternoon all.

Not posted a blog since the 8th so though I'd best say a lil' something. Not really much to report though, just the same old same old.

Have a gig coming up in Nottingham this weekend, playing at the The Goose at Gameston. It's a charity event so we are being paid with free BBQ instead of cash, which is awesome. You can't beet a BBQ. Myself and the singer are doing an accoustic cover of "We Look Like Giants" by Death-Cab:

I have been off work this past week with the flu thing that's sweeping the UK. Nothing to worry about, was ill for about 5 days 2 of which I was in bed the rest just lazing about watching DVDs eating ice cream and cakes. Nothing to really worry about, but I guess it'll get people in different ways.

Anybody a fan of the office? I am talking the original UK series not that terrible Steve Carell one. Anyway I was watching it the other day and I saw this clip:

Are IT people really like this? I work in IT and I try my best not to interact with other people in the office, they piss me off.

Got a busy month coming up! About time too, tired of sitting around doing fuck all with my evenings. Going to York for the weekend a week on Saturday, I love it there. Seems to be the only place besides Newquay I can buy Desperadoes tequila lager. Then the weekend after I am off to Reading with the missus to visit her friends, this should be interesting since it's a guy and I get the whole male jealousy thing pretty bad so we shall see how this one pans out. Then the week after its back down to London to see Pearl Jam! I have been waiting about 5 Years to see them, and finally they are coming back to the UK!

That's about all I got, probably the longest blog I have posted....
