I am a failed attempt at life today. My back is so tweaked, I am not sure if its from working out or what but I couldn't get out of bed today. I literally had to crawl out. It was terrible I woke up in tears. So least to say I didn't make it to the gym today but I will be there at 5 AM tomorrow whether I can move or not. I have to get rid of my thick, lol.

Typically when people start straining and overworking their backs, they incite back muscle strain. Diskogenic disease typically produces neurologic symptoms (shooting pain down a limb, sensation of cold water running down the back of a leg, burning pain in the distribution of the involved nerve, weakness) ... and if there are any neuro signs/symptoms, you should seek evaluation.

However, if you feel terrible pain with movement and if you cannot dress yourself well, if you cannot put on your shoes and socks, rest assured that your back muscle strain will eventually resolve. Take some ibuprofen or naproxen or aspirin, use warmth or cool if it helps, and rest. You'll be right. smile

Well when your not use to that hard of a work out then you are going to be really sore the next day, been there before, I know how bad it sucks.
