Hi

Sorry to give no news but I've been so busy. Too many work, too many stress.

My dog had an hip dysplasia and has been operated 1 week ago.

I have been very stressed and bad with this story.

I went in deauville for my birthday. Maybe some of you know it because there is the american movie festival.

The 23th january, I will go in Japan for 15 days with two friends. I wonder how to tell "hello I"m vegetarian in japanese". I think I just will scream "tofu, tofu !" smile

construction defect law is basicly law that centers arround problems with peoples houses or other buildings. Like if you buy a house and the roof colapses or something like that. We also handle things like roadway defects and construction claims, like someone who is hurt at a job site.

medical malpractice law is when someone in injured during an operation, the suit against the doctor that they bring. Many of these suits are frivoulous, because doctors are not mirracle workers, although people expect them to be. Most lawsuits brought against them are people who are angry because doctors could not make them perfect again, or someone dies on the operating table. THese things happen though, through no fault of the doctors (usually.) PEople just have trouble accepting it.

To practice law most everywhere require a JD degree (Juris Doctorate) as well as admission to the bar (the name for the group of attorneys) in the jurisdiction you practice in. Every state here has different requirements to practice. To get a JD requires three years of law school after 4 years of undergrad. No accredited law schools will accept you without a BA or BS (the american undergraduate degree) SO thats it in a nutshell. Did that help?

Aw, I hope your dog feels much better very soon.

Please take lots of photos in Japan and post them so we can all stew with jealousy!
