hey, thanks for the inquiry about my quest to rid myself of smokey lungs... unfortunately, i hopped back on that doomed path for now - i know its no excuse, but im going thru alot right now.. soon enough i shall begin again.. my lungs DID feel better for that 1 day i had none, and the 2 thereafter that i only had 1 per day.
