oi. 14.5 hrs working today with only a 30 min lunch and 15 min between jobs. It could have been less I suppose but I'm a nice guy and helped close at KFC. Spent an hour and fifteen minutes longer than I had to be there cleaning the floors up front and the entire lobby. prepping for the morning crew. throwing shit away at the end of the night. I did more in that time than the other guy not managing did in 2.5 hrs. The people that get hired these days 
I always feel a little bad throwing away the food at then end of the night. Somewhere someone could use that. I can understand why it doesn't happen but still... Even turning it into pig slop would be better than sending it to the landfill.
