Today....
Today I received some extremely saddening news. Although I wasn't close to the girl, I considered her a friend, and it now seems that her boyfriend killed her. Her body was found Saturday morning and he was pulled on a DUI in Camden, GA, today, driving her car.
It's true we all make some mistakes, that we could do a better job at living, but no one deserves this. She lived in the promise of enjoying life, and now that's gone.

I was watching MTV play videos instead of real world episodes and saw a tribute video to Aliyah with all these artists singing how they miss her. It was touching and sad. Her memory obviously lives on in those she touched. So I guess I mean ...I hope you can make your peace with her death in some way and honor her memory.
