Just got back from the doctors. I now have biweekly counselling and assessments with a psychologist and my general practitioner to track my depression and borderline personality disorder.
I'M NOT THAT BAD GUYS, C'MON NOW. SRZLY.
I had to have blood tests, my thyroid checked and so on and so forth, blah blah blah. Had 100ml of blood taken, bit more than usual but...

Just another thing to add to my ever-growing list of psychological burdens. It's 4:30am and I'm laying awake on the couch watching Adam Sandler movies. I went to bed just before midnight but by 2:30am it was pretty clear to me that sleep was going to be particularly elusive tonight, so here I am!

I'm off to the doctors today for a few reasons. a) my daughter has her 18 month checkup and immunisations, b) I need to renew my fluoxetine prescription and c) I have a broken foot. Blegh!
With my luck, a grand piano will probably on my head before I even get to the health centre.
