There is nothing more frustrating then having to listen to people who are incompetent at their jobs and are in charge of you. I am not by any means passionate about my job, but while I'm doing it, I want to do the best I can. I can't do that while I have morons above me who have no idea what they are doing and thus, preventing me (and others) from performing our jobs. What makes it even worse is that we are first responders AND are in charge of the safety of the public!!! Another factor in this is that when I bring it up to the person above me, who in turn is supposed to bring the issues up the the leadership I'm talking about (the incapable ones), all they say is "that's just the way it is". HOW CAN ANYONE BE JUST FINE WITH THAT!?!?!? How can you sleep at night knowing that you are ok with being led by people that suck at life? If things don't change soon, I'm going to get in trouble for bringing up what I think needs to change to the "leadership" I'm not supposed to bring issues to directly. I want to fuckin beat the shit out of them right now!!
