Home for the Holidays. Much goodness all around. I get to see the parents and the dog.

Birthday was pretty pleasant if uneventful...saw Paycheck and wasn't too impressed. But I did get a cake, so in the end a good day.

Back to NJ in a few days...although I could stay longer. isn't that always the way?

My life seems to be made up a of a succession of little joys. and fortunately they are adding up to be for my benefit. at least mental health-wise, anyway.

I got a fun part-time job...and it seems to be doing alot for my general disposition.

I called a client for back payment and he offered me more work...and it reawakened something I had put...

finally feeling better. that took way too long to shake off. now it's just the usually seasonal allergies...which aren't so bad.

now that i'm feeling better i have no excuse not to clean up the dead branches and mow the lawn...unless i can think of something creative....hmmm.

but i'll have to do it eventually anyway.

so, i get back to NJ last week and get sick. then i my allergies kick me in the balls for 2 days. then i've spent this entire week feeling like shit. it's like the whole week, i've felt like the day after you've been sick. almost better but still weak and not 100%. and it sucks.

I think that i'm finally over whatever latched onto me. Saturday I thought I was going to die...I sneezed (and I sneeze violently) on and off for about 3 hours. So just when i thought I was getting better, my allergies take the time to remind me who's boss.

Today I got some Claritin...i think that will stem the tide...

I'm back home. I had a great trip back...stopped in boston, saw an old friend for lunch. Then hung out with an ex roommate/girlfriend. Then almost missed my train. but i made it. Now back in NJ.

One more day in the beautiful state of maine to go. I've had such a relaxing time while i've been here. like today...i just sat outside and talked with my father. and the weather has been so nice...just what i was hoping for. And i got to see my dog and sleep in my old bed.

The chinese lunch buffet got canceled after a phone call that had me screaming...and the low quiet voice that you only make when you are containing that anger that just had you screaming. let's just say that a bill collector just happened to call when i was home for vacation, and it didn't go well. and proceeded to ruin almost the rest of the day....

I guess my account ran out today. I wasn't able to log on...probably had to do with my card expiring this month...the funny thing is that it still worked everywhere else i use it, atms, etc. So i had to activate my new card and then reapply. All that work just after i woke up.
