so these are some pics from that catpower show that i was just at. they didn't come out well, but oh well.
i am having a great fucking weekend so far.
on friday, i got out of work early. came home, went out for amazing tapas with my housemate and my friend/fuck buddy/ex-girrrlfriend. came home drunk and we had the apt to ourselves. it was a fun late night. this morning i woke up to find out that my friend had an extra ticket to this comic book convention thing and i am by no means a fan so i thought it might suck, but i snuck into hearing joss wehdon (writer of buffy, i am sure i misspelled his name) and kevin smith speak without waiting in line. they were hilarious. after that, i came home to find that my culinary school housemate was cooking us dinner. fanfuckingtastic. i ate great food, then motivated a couple of friends to come to the sold out catpower show with me even though we didn't have tickets. of course we got in because all of a sudden i am having this amazing luck. so yeah, it's my housemate's b-day tomorrow and we will party hard with no work in sight on monday. what a weekend. i am basking in this love for life while i am at this high point.
