went to this giant burlesque show last night (tease-o-rama, www.teaseorama.com). note: when you hear the announcer say "...and now... out of retirement..." - chances are you're in for a real treat. i mean, it couldve been a lot worse... they really did look great for being 50 or 60 yrs old. there werent any fried eggs hanging on a nail, if you catch my drift.
in addition to the "retired" performers... we had The Original Fat Bottom Revue (www.bigburlesque.com). fat.... bottom... revue... is... exactly what its name says. lots and lots of fat bottoms. yeah yeah, dont look at me like that - i have nothing against big bottoms... these were just over the top. great performance though.
seriously though - the show was more fun than i've had in a long time - sexy, funny, crazy, bizzare. got to hang out with Aries - which was a load of fun - Aries is a really cool girl - can't wait till she comes out to NYC.
wow, i never write journal entries this long. i'll leave it at that. i head back to NY on tuesday - it'll be good to be back home. i miss my bed and my dog. and my morning bagel.

p.s. oh yeah, and Dita Von Teese performed in a full bathtub with running water and bubbles. now you wish you had gone, huh?

so glad you're having fun. i'm sure it'll be lovely to reach home again though. being away is great, but there's nothing quite like returning to your own bed.
