Wolverines are loners but we are social beings so it's natural at times to need the help of others who have specialized knowledge. I had severe depression for many years before I found a doctor who taught me how to overcome it, so I know it can be done.
The statement that nobody cares how you feel is not correct because nobody pays me or any of us to write to you, and I can guarantee that your bf cares very much, to say nothing of your children. If they know how much you love them and that nothing they do can ever diminish that, then everything else is trivial and you are pretty much the best mother possible.
Depression isn't unusual and you're not defective because you have it. I've offered to talk to you and you know where to find me. Good luck, dear.

i'll let you know when i figure it out. i cried about my sorry life, then i hugged finn and just held him in my arms and decided i couldn't be miserable today. we'll see if it lasts, but i need to do that before i break down instead of after...that's the tricky part. the kids don't need to see that.
