Relating to your shoulder; I only know exactly what that's like. I was hit head on in Aug 2007 and it totally messed up my left shoulder to the point where now it always comes out of the socket. And when that happens it's absolutely excruciating. Only they can't operate on mine. So I definitely hope yours gets better.
