Meet Pirate!
This handsome little man would make a wonderful addition to a family! Pirate is a very social kitten - he loves to cuddle with both the adults and children in his foster home. He is a curious and playful kitten his energy knows no bounds! He will happily play with you for hours. His foster family all think that he should be in the circus, as he flips and tumbles all over while playing. Pirates fur is soft, shiny & sleek, he loves being stroked and snuggled. Pirate is fully litter-trained and has had his first vaccines. He has been de-wormed, de-fleaed and is ready for adoption.
Scrambles
Scrambles is a GORGEOUS calico kitten waiting to find her perfect home. Scrambles was found with her brother Pirate on the grounds of a school in Sooke. She is quiet and gentle, and once she gets comfortable with a person she will come out of her shell and play just as much as her adventurous brother. Given the chance, Scrambles will happily sit on your shoulder and purr in your ear. As with Pirate, Scrambles is fully litter-trained, and has had her first vaccinations. She has also been de-wormed and de-fleaed. All she needs now is a loving home.
Honey & Bee
These beautiful long-haired kittens were born in a feral cat colony and rescued at the age of 10 weeks. After they were spayed/neutered, they went into foster care with one of GVACs volunteers. Honey and Bee are in the process of being socialized and have come a very long way in the past month. Because Honey and Bee frighten so easily, they will both need quiet homes without other pets or children. They will likely be ready for their new homes in November.
Bee is a friendly kitten who loves to play! You can usually hear Bee purring before he shows his cute little face. He will now walk right up to his foster mom and pat her on the leg when he wants to be picked up and cuddled. He often likes to be held like a baby, and will stretch his paws up over his head so you can rub his tummy. Bee loves to play with anything he can get his paws on cat toys, empty toilet paper rolls, even socks. With a little patience from the right person, Bee will become a truly wonderful cat.
Honey was rescued just a few days after her brother Bee. She was a little slower to warm up to people, but she has made SO much progress. Honey is such a gentle and loving little girl, and she purrs very loudly when her foster mom or dad give her rubs. She likes to play and pounce, it just takes her a little bit longer than some kittens. She purrs while being held, and often reaches her paws up to touch her cuddlers face. Honeys adoptive family will need to be patient and understanding of her shyness until she gets used to her new surroundings. Honey would do best being introduced to her new home one room at a time.
Honey and Bee are both fixed and have had their first vaccines. They are litter-trained and have been de-wormed and de-fleaed.
