Christmas Recipes
I know I jokingly posted about making Ewok Stew and Jellied Jar Jars for Christmas last week, but I am actually in need of some good xmas-goodie recipes. When I went camping this summer, I had left my box of recipe books in the laundry room (stupidly) next to the hot water tank - it blew while I was away. I came home to discover about 12 or so books totally ruined. I was bummed at the time, but it hasn't really affected me too much until now.... I suddenly realize that I have no tried-and-true recipes to use for goodies for friends and family!
So if anyone has anything they'd like to send along to me, recipe-wise, I would so appreciate it. I'm thinking some cookies (gingerbread, shortbread, something chocolately maybe), some squares, maybe some tarts, candy? Anything you could throw this way would be fantastic
I know I could just google some xmas recipes, but I think this is way more fun.
Sons of Butcher
I joined MySpace about a month ago, strictly to see if I could chat with the guys from Sons of Butcher (please see my blog from Nov. 11). Anyway, one of the guys from the band "Doug Borski" actually sent me a message letting me know that my boob-signage made it into their tour video. Nice.
More Pet Pics with Santa
I'll be an elf again at the NW Petsmart this Saturday from 11am-4pm. Bear won't be coming with me this time, it was just too crazy when he came with me before; I was the photographer-elf, so I'd have to put Bear's leash under my foot and he'd be barking at the dog(s) who were getting their pics taken. Silly old Bear. Once again the pics cost $8.95 ($5 goes right to the rescue) - you get a hard frame, a paper frame, and two polaroids.

You have to wonder how drunk that man was when he decided to get those tattoos. I am willing to bet he woke up and regretted it.
