Update: Bear

Bear wasn't adopted by the family that took him yesterday. They said his age was too much of an issue.

I was told when I took him in that he was 13 years old - bullsh*t. He doesn't look or act like a thirteen year old dog. He runs circles around my seven year old lab. Sorry, had to vent somewhere.

The good news is that he's coming back home on the weekend. I'm excited. My house feels so quiet without him here. He'll spend the rest of this week out at the rescue farm, chasing llamas and playing with 20 or so other dogs. R-Dog has been looking all over the house for his friend (all together now: "awwww"). I've been given the option of adopting him outright, so I can keep him until his time is up. I'm seriously considering it....
