So, it's been awhile since I wrote a blog. I'm convinced it is because I have a minor case of technophobia. I also realized how much we depend on technology, and how one computer glitch can ruin the rest of your day. Anyways, I have decided to do the Master Cleanse, because I have horrendous eating habits. I figure if I clean out the system, I will be more likely to keep it clean. And I know i'll feel happier and healthier, I hope. I was reading a bunch of stuff on it, and you have to do this salt water flush to clean out your bowels, and let me say, salt water is the most disgusting drink I have ever had. It made me sick. I tried it, just to see what it tasted like, and no wonder you dont eat, the saltwater made me feel sick to my stomach. I go on the cleanse tomorrow morning, for a minimum of 10 days. It shouldn't be too hard, i hear that by the 3rd day, your cravings for other food have diminished. I think I need to do this to get back on track, healthwise. I also bought an elliptical trainer, im on a roll! I put it in front of the TV, because I figure I can't read while moving my arms so much. It seems practical, I can watch the new in the morning while getting my daily dose of exercise. Look at me go! I feel healthier already and Im still sitting on my ass. Wish me luck!
