this week.......what can i say, has been shit! new shift at work is fucking me up, im tired all the time and i can barely fit in the gym or running! i feel sluggish...which makes me feel lazy, which in return makes me feel very self aware. so im just angry and i dont know why! ive managed one run which was awful and gym twice which again was terrible, i hate training without a partner! but its leaving me so tired i want to kill a clown


with all this in mind i bought myself a road bike 1,150 later and im a happy guy, although i dont have it yet they need to order it in :/ so yea cheers

i just cant control what i eat and im to impatient
