Meeting with the nutritionist tomorrow...another doctors appointment on 2/3..Gonna work hard on getting this Gestational Diabetes under control. Its crazy to me how I can't stop thinking about food because I can't have it... before they told me that I had it I had to remind myself to eat. I've always managed my weight not by dieting but only eating when I was hungry. Now I have to plan meals and snacks to keep my blood sugar consistent all day. Working night shift isn't helping either...my sugar is all over the place. This is going to take a lot of energy to get under control. I also have to watch what foods I substitute in because of the hypertension I experienced at the end of my pregnancy with Hunter...My baby girl cannot get here soon enough!!

If I am told I can't have or do something I will suddenly want it. Even if it is something I know I don't like. I hope things get better soon.
