My blood work came back and I have gestational diabetes. So I now have to check my blood sugar 4 times a day and report the results to the doctor's office. I was really upset yesterday when I found out but today is a new day and I have had time to let it al soak in. I'm going to do some research online today, I'm meeting with a nutritionist on Tuesday to go over a diet plan. I want to do whatever it takes to keep myself and the baby healthy so I'm gonna be more selective about the foods I eat and exercise a little more and see if that is enough to change my blood sugars and avoid insulin. But as I said I'll do what I need to do if it comes to it.
In other news we have a line on another house but this time I am keeping my emotions reined in. I'm tired of the up and down, back and forth bull. If we are meant to be in a house by the time Emmalynn gets here then we will be if we aren't we still have a roof over our heads and food on the table which is more than most people have.
