Back to the Midwest...
Seattle was a good time. It was one of the nicest and cleanest cities I've been to--only twice did I catch whiff of the acrid stench of bum piss. I spent a lot of time wandering aimlesslely around the town and drinking espresso, smoking, and people watching at corner coffee joints. That is one of the reasons I love cities.
Going back to work today was a little rude...in addition to the lingering jetlag, there was lots of catch up to do and fixing all the stuff that went wrong or was done wrong. I don't know who said it, but no vacation goes unpunished.
Well, either way, it's a short week.
