So last night I went down to tasty world to hang out with chase (he's on myspace and you should all go add him... he just moved here and is kick ass). We went and saw the knife trade, another broken vehicle, and escape engine (with some other bands too). I had a blast chilling with chasae and his friend. I also got to see scott, david, matt, and emo brian. Daniel's band kicked so much ass and they have a great stage presence. Got home around and went to sleep around 3ish. Also probably shouldn't have been driving.. but eh, what can you do?
Tongiht I ended up going to the tate center to watch Garden State with Josh. It was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. There were so many scenes that I can say I have experienced in real life and it was very realistic. As josh said, "you know a movies good when it can inspire sadness and joy at the same time". Or something like that.... If you haven't seen this yet, get on it!!!!!!!!

The movie inspired great conversations for the rest of the night as I went and chilled at Russel Hall. Nostalga is a funny thing... I miss the dorms so much. i miss the craziness. I miss not being able to find people outside my room to chill with. I got to meet some pretty cool cats at russle as they sung a rap song as a minstrel type atmosphere. With two guitarist and a singer... they did little dances while making the song "can I put it in your mouth" seem so classical. Apparently one of the drummers is a candy kid and we got to talk about raves for a while.... Who would have thought I would find a raver living in the dorms?
