I know, I know.... it's comparing huge to a smaller scale model, but I thought it was interesting anyway. If you want a summary, there probably isn't anything in the article that you didn't already know.

I believe it.
We've definitely moved more and more in a corporate-fascist direction since he's been in office.

Fortunately I think we have enough checks and balances, such as number one an election next year which will flush Bush and crew out.
And I say if we could impeach Cheny or Bush and put Rove behind bars it would be a great American triumph.

Yeah but here we have a couple things that 1940's Germany didn't have. Mixed population and stirring up racial tension in this country is like shooting fish in a barrel. After the VT thing I was waiting for all the Korean to get rounded up and interned. So where do you want to run away to? Canada, France? I'm thinking China it might not be great right now, but in 20 years who knows.
