you should totally try acupuncture! it's so great.. i was freaked out at first too, but once you get over that "fear of needles" you start to want it.. my girlfriend has been studying acupuncture and eastern medicine/herbs for almost 3 years now.. and actually she's graduating this year biggrin (so happy for her) but pretty much since she started studying it.. i've been the guinee pig.. and she's just amazing.. i love it!

so i've been needled like every week for about the last 2 years.. but it had been about a month since the last time, so i begged her to do it last night .. and i got a massage out of it too.. it just makes me feel sooo good.. i can't even explain it.
