my car alarm went off at 7am this morning.. i switch it off and doze back off to sleep

the dustbinmen come at 9am, and wake me up..
just now.. another lorry delivering a FUCKING SKIP to someone has turned up

Today is day 1 of 45 without alcohol.

I'm working today, so it will be stressful but i'm going to resist going for the can of beer i have in the fridge. Yes it is stupid leaving beer in the fridge, but i'm determined to stop drinking for 45 days.
