Today is day 1 of 45 without alcohol.

I'm working today, so it will be stressful but i'm going to resist going for the can of beer i have in the fridge. Yes it is stupid leaving beer in the fridge, but i'm determined to stop drinking for 45 days.

I need to buy lots of bottles of Diet Pepsi though, because I am addicted to that.

I'm also aiming to lose a bit of weight over the next 45 days by not drinking.
