Yeah it is a surprisingly bright shop...and the managers in that company dont have a fucking clue...you're not allowed to be ill...EVER! Its all Margins and Targets and Smart plans. We have 1 service member on tomoro and they wont pay anyone overtime to come in and cover the shifts. I told them to get to fuck!!! Time in lueu (sp?) is no use to me...i only work 3 days a week as it is!!!
