Well, what a week.
On Saturday night last week, my girlfriend terminated the relationship. Fair enough reasons; it was a distance thing, and she had tons of work to do and she didn't have time for a relationship at all...so I was unhappy, but I'm not demonising her. I like her too much to do that, and plus I respect her. No, I don't like it - but what can you do? Singledom blues occasionally hit, but I'm surprisingly lucid about being single. Possible because it's been less than 13 months since my previous relationship this time.
Right, and the other thing. A friend of mine called me on Tuesday evening in a panic, having taken an overdose of something. I can't go into huge detail, but basically she's stable and in the psychiatric ward at a hospital in London. So off I go to London to visit her today. Guess who's having greasy comfort food for lunch today?
Also am going to buy comics. Lots of comics. That or a Wii game. It's all comfort, you know. Must make note to start my Christmas shopping at some point...

And hooray for greasy comfort food. I think chocolate and carbs make the brain feel most satisfied. But that's my theory.
