I went to see King Kong tonight.

Wow. Manly tear time, I think. I don't want to jump on a Peter Jackson bandwagon or anything, but...damn, that was a GOOD film. The fact I cared so much about the big guy I think shows the film was successful. Incredibly exciting too, good action sequences!

The plan is to try and get a good nights sleep tonight, i.e before 4am. I actually need to try and get some work done tomorrow - not to say I haven't, but I want to start BEFORE 3pm tomorrow so I'm not working late into the evening.

5,000 word essay before you ask, and its on the obliteration of Roman Emperors and prominent citizens from art-work and inscriptions. Interesting and cool, though not orgasmic. Might read more on inscriptions tomorrow.
