still on tour through italy... i love being on the road so much that i decided to extend my tour - instead of getting a train or plain straight back to berlin, or renting a motorcycle 'rebel without a cause' style driving it through the alps straight to kreuzberg.
so im party hopping from milan to austria (dornbirn and vienna). thats really cool, because i LOVED milan (but not as much as naples), and the people there were really friendlly. the promoters, and i stayed with an amazing Painter. vienna for one week or so, then im djing in bratislava slovakia, and then straight on to prague where i have some friends i am always welcome with, remaining there for a week. bitches, ive been a drunken dj in more cities than you have photosets. hahah!
but really, im looking forward to meeting all my friends form abroad that i never see anymore, and meeting tons more. ive met some really great people, wonderful girls, and amazing bands! ive also taken some great photos.
when i get back to berlin, i have my work cut out for me. i failed to produce my creepyrocknroll clothing line prototyeps to take them on the road. so im getting started on that. im going to start a band. i love bass, making music, and writing, and i have too many awesome contacts to not start a band! im going to plan a us tour as well. thats just the beginning. i thought of a great business plan that could really set me up for good.

DJ Mark Splatter: The Creep Mix (Version 0.7)

Sneak preview of a recent mix i've been working on. Its all seperated tracks but i cant decide if i should splice it all down into one file. When played in an mp3 player with a six second cross fade, it plays as I meant it.

Its a themed mix, inspired by all the lowest bottom-of-the-barrel feelings i get, "searching for inspirations in all the darkest places but only finding dej vu." When I wonder, Why do I feel like such a jerk? Have I not done enough? I dont have to explain the way I feel, the music says it all. More often than not. Sometimes I even feel like I'm modelling my life after the most poignant lyrics I've ever heard.

I have so many of these mixes ive made, over the past three years, with various different themes. But for some reason I havent managed to post any of them. Probably because I have high hopes of cover art, graphics to promote them, etc... but how does a boy find the TIME!? I will do it, eventually. I need to find an acolyte who can help me promote my gigs and sites and projects...
