I don't get in bed until 5am...I wake up at 6:30 to my neighbors BLASTING mexican ranchero music, then again at 7:00, then AGAIN at 8:00, then again at 8:45...and now I'm pissed. I don't mind the fact that they're playing music...i mind the fact they're BLASTING it..since at least 6:30. WHO blasts music at 6:30 in the morning until 9:30...3 god damn hours of ear piercing accordions and violins. So i called the cops...hahahahaha. then exactly 2min. before the cops get here.....SILENCE. I was pissed, and now I'm not only pissed cuz i got no sleep, but cuz the cops came and said...well, we can't do anything, we didn't hear it. Have a good morning. YOU have a good morning...assholes.

ARRGHH!! I HATE that! I have similar problems very often with noisy sorority girls and frat boys because I live so near to Greek row and right next to a frat.
