I went to see 28 Weeks later last night and have to say i really enjoyed it , its abit gory in places but does make you think how the uk would cope with such an outbreak. From what i see within the department i work for in the government i can honestly say we would all be fucked , but thats just my personal opinion

Its weird seeing American troops in the film guarding parts on London where you have walked around , i think i would give it an 8 1/2 out of 10. But i like zombie and disaster movies so im abit swayed anyway.

I'm knackered after football training tonight , i seriously need to get fitter then i am. A guy at work is trying to convince me to run the London Marathon next year with him and im tempted but its going to be alot of work to do it, so im currently at a 50% possible for next year.

I've just finished watching a BBC programme about the Church of Scientology and i have to say they are all completly batshit crazy but each to there own when it comes to religion , you can worship a dogs arse for all i care aslong as it makes you feel happy.

One day i will do a post on my feelings towards the church of England but that day is not today
