You know how certain things at the time sound like a great idea , well after last night drinking 20 year old Tequila from a bottle with dead lizards in it was probably not the best one i've had in a while.
Although it was not mine. Yesturday i went to a friends 25th birthday night out in Clapham. I have known him since i was 3 and he's one of my best friends although we don't see that much of each other as were both busy people and he's a corporate highflyer.
It was abit of a good night although there were about 50 people out for it and i only knew my mate there so had to make a real effort not to be sat in the corner on my own. But a couple of drinks in everything was peachy.
Back to the Lizards juice as we nicknamed it , my friends flat mate bought the stuff when he was backpacking around south america and had never opened it , so we got back to there place at 4am and opened the stuff and yeah it tasted how you can imagine
I feel like i've been slapped and then kicked in the head several times.

In my experience you can just visit Belgium and the Czech Republic and you'll get the best the continent has to offer, any tour that took in those two places would be a roaring success.

I'll be running the Nottingham Marathon which this year seems to be called the 'The Experian Robin Hood Festival of Running'. Its on the 16th of September this year.
