Its been an odd saturday so far
I got woken up by the postman at 8am but to my delight it was the new BPRD graphic novel , i sat there and read it all i one go while easting my breakfast savering every page. This inspired me i have since finished off reading Watchmen for about the 5th time.
I bought Fables the other day and have this to read yet, and new Hellboy and League of Extraordinary Gentlemen soon !!!! wooooh. I only got into comics and graphic novels when i was about 20 , i borrowed a few off a friend and it really hit me as something i had completly passed by.
I have also watched Memoirs of a Geisha in parts over the last couple of days , i really enjoyed it.
In other news i'm having a quiet weekend here , i'm driving a friend and his g/f to Gatwick airport at midnight tonight as i agreed to do this months ago and forgot till he reminded me this week, no drama there. And i have to pick my sister up from Heathrow airport tommorrow lunch time , oooh what fun , i'm charging duty free bottles of Jack Daniels (the big ones) for my service as i'm cheaper then a taxi and oh soo more friendly.
Also to comete with my randomness i have bought a Bonsai tree kit , soon i shall have one of these bad boys next to my pc
And i have a friend who is a graphical aritist , i found this pic (stole it i know i'm naughty) and he's going to make it into a massive design so i have a martial arts movie bamboo forest wall here

ya know...someone told me they are trying to make a Watchmen movie! I don't know if thats good news or bad news.
