I've just got home from Download !!
I'm sunburnt , hungry , tired and in serious need of a shower and decent toilet facilities.
I had a fucking great weekend !! I worked out on my way home i've had 8 hours sleep since wednesday night , power naps were the way to go during this weekend. I took some pics which i will post some time soon.
I'll let you know about my weekend like this
Thursday
Got there very late and did not get my tent and other crap sorted out till 4am !! so rather then bed we stayed up for sunrise and bacon sarnies !!
Friday
Explored the site abit then went to see Throwdown , Goijera (think thats how its spelt) who were amazing , Soulfly , Deftones and Tool who i thought were total over-rated shit !! i've never really heard there music but i'm not bothered too now. Kept drinking till about 5 ish in the morning
Saturday
Watched Down then took my place on the massive hill there which showed the England v Paraguay world cup game , cue me and some complete strangers dancing for joy like gibbons when england scored !!
Then later watched Trivium , Korn and the best live show i've ever seen by Metallica
Second time i've seen them and they rocked my world , they played the whole of master of puppets possibly my fav metal album aswell !!
Sunday
Missed God Forbid due to shoddy friend !! So watched the last five minutes of Breed 77 then Hatebreed. Now this was the second time ive seen hatebreed and the second time i've been punched in the face watching them !! My lip burst and i spent the next hour bleeding but it was worth it. After some quick medical treatment i was back for the brilliant Dragonforce , then a crappy 36 Crazyfists.
Some beer and suntan lotion later i watched Bullet for my valentine then Alexisonfire.
Then i finally got the chance to see The Prodigy which is an event in its self , i think every metal head is a secret raver at heart !!
Final band of the weekend then was Guns and Roses who were utter crap.
I'll fill in more later on , i need water and lots of rest

No way, I can't believe for a second 36 Crazyfists were crap, I love 36 Crazyfists? How were Deftones? I'm going to see them in three weeks and I figure if they sucked at Download it might be pretty much the same three weeks later. Axl is funny lookin now, I just can't take him seriously anymore.
Poor you getting attacked again, its always worth it though, I hate it when I am not injured after a gig or haven't lost something.
I bought it for a friend and then watched it before giving it to him (That's awful I know).
It makes me want to be a SG so much =[
