So booth radiology had their lawyer call me and he said i owe over $11,000 for a bill ! i told him i am currently living off of food stamps. he said if i cant pay they will take legal action. is that legal to do that knowing i am on foostamps ?? does anyone know if they are only trying to scare me ?

Just send them what you can. As long as it looks like you're trying to pay I doubt they will waste the resources it would take to press criminal charges.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I usually never pay bills because to me it is a waste. yeah it is a messed up way of looking at it but im so use to getting my way but this time i think im up a creek LOL
