So i decided(for fun) to play drums in a band with a few friends which is just that fun...problem is one if them is killing himself...he is never sober and doesnt seem to want to be. he already has some insane tendancies well actually he is literally insane but the times ive seen him sober hes awesome..but i dont know how much more i can take..sobriety for him is rare..ive seen too many friends of mine die from drugs and dont want to live through that again..i myself have battled drugs and alcohol. those 2 factors with depression is a ticking time bomb. i dont want to leave my friend but i fear i may have to do that..im tired and he cant go anywhere without getting kicked out. its like dealing with a child. lik elook at me im th center if attention all the time . the need to make a "show" seems to be there and not in the fun punk rock way or what have you.

I am in no way judging anyone for their choice of fun but when it gets to be extreme and possible death what is one to do??

any ideas or opinions great appreciated. I am very open to any ideas,thoughts,opinions
