ya i know i have been gone from here . i actually have been gone from everything .
i kind of sank into a depression and just went withit for a few weeks . it was a major chore just to empty the cat box . i had to sell my Harley to pay some back bills . and that hurt . it was like selling my leg . it was so a part of me .
luckily i have friends that know me , and care about me . they saw i had devevloped a perscription pill habit , i was waaaaay out of it on a Ativan high , oh ya and Morphine i wasnt leaving the house , and had all the curtains drawn .
so my friend packed me up in her car , and we took off for sunny California .
We stayed at the beach , and just hung out .
i thinnk i just needed new scenery .
im back in Phoenix , and yes im doing better .
and yes my kitty Shadow loves me
sorry for not being around here . i have thought about all of you .

I am now walking with only one crutch , and i am able to put 30% weight on my left foot .

looking back over the past 4 weeks , it kinda scares me . i was in pretty bad shape . how prescription meds can overtake you so quickly . yes i have addictive tendencies . waay addictive . so i just have to watch more closely my intake . im not taking Ativan anymore . hehehe the high was nice , totally out of it , you get HA

im ok with life at the moment
