ok so i dont kno wat to do . . . my grampa had a minor stroke and now he lost his balance and i think he isnt gonna improve. i never wanted to go home this bad.

WOW! i just found out that the workout machines that similate walking upstairs actually work out ur butt more than anything! i am so inlove w/that machine now! that is my new cardio! thanks stair machine that works out ur butt more than anything else and makes u lose ur breath the first few times butt makes u sweat like a pig! Too sweating profusely!
