More food for thought?
"Red Hots for Mommy!" Angel Food Cake (done in a siphon) with Red Hot Macaron, Red Hot-Strawberry Sorbet, Vanilla Bean Cream and Gold Leaf (for bling)
I don't know if any of you folks watch Top Chef Just Desserts...but this was inspired by a rather nuclear meltdown by a contestant....in fact my boss was a judge on that episode and had to calm him down.
While this is not dessert, I had to put it up because my sous chef made an awesome salad.
Rabbit Hearts and Kidneys with Hearts of Palm, Miners Lettuce and Muscat Grapes.
I suppose my long term goal on this site is simply to bring food porn to the masses....and boy to I have a lot of it.
