I'm glad I went out last night, I had a blast meeting a bunch of new people and partying it up at Actionsound.
I'm pretty much a workaholic and I don't get the chance to get out much on my own time, i'm always expected to do things when I go out that relate to work, so I haven't had the chance to have nothing but fun in awhile. and I enjoyed it.
Everybody I have met through the site has been nothing but super chill, and I'm honestly in shock that there are people like all of you living here.. a group as cool as everyone was last night was probably the last thing I ever expected to run into after reluctantly leaving Portland a year and a half ago.
I look forward to the next outing with baited breath

it was good to meet you. I think the whole conversation with the construction worker right from the get go made me understand that you were chill and part of the crew already...familia.
I too share your tendancies to work more than I should. When I go out, its usually to places that I dont really enjoy that much...but thats my job. I think SGLA introduced me to people from so many different walks of life who are all struggling to find a Los Angeles devoid of [most of] the bullshit...so far so good no?! Just take it for what it is...no expectations...
