I made the decision today to give my 2 week notice at my day job. We are doing well enough at CrackSmokingShirts.com that i am pretty much making as much as i was when i was working full time at my day job. It is nice having two incomes, but i more and more it seems like i just have so much to do throughout the day that the time keeps slipping away. Plus i keep getting sick and have had a headache now for over a week. The extra couple hundred dollars a month from the day job isnt worth feeling like crap all the time. I am hoping that once i am at home full time that some of this sickness will fade away. I don't know, I'm just sick of selling my time to other people (as tony puts it) haha.

Luckily my boss has been cool through all of this. She let me drop down from 40 hours a week to just about 20 hours a week. She knows that i will be leaving soon, but not how soon. I am going to give her two weeks, but if she still hasn't found anyone in two weeks i will come in a few hours each day to return phone calls and stuff just to help out. We are like family there, so I don't want to leave her high and dry. Especially since she has been so supportive of our business.
