So today at work i almost passed out. YEA! I was sitting at my desk and i got all tingly and lightheaded and i would have fallen down had i been standing up. Of course this made me panic. One thing i learned in group therapy was that when a person has a panic attack thier hearing and eyes get sensitive. When i first started having attacks my hearing was so sensitive that i had to have my stepdad unhook the fan in the bathroom. ANYHOW, my eyes got all wierd after me almost passing out and so i just felt really yucky for about an hour. It was like when you have taken acid and it is just starting to kick in, colors getting brighter, inanimate objects starting to breath. It sucked.

After that the day went by quickly but now i have a headache and my roommate keeps coming in to talk to me about her gas and how she didn't go to work or school today because of it. Those aren't the kind of things i find funny. And she is making Lasagna tonight, which scares me.
