Saw a Navy psych today. Much better experience than the one I saw before. Nice female Lieutenant, very supportive and kind. Non-judgmental, unlike the previous doctor I saw. Put me on Wellbutrin and Ambien to help with my depression and inability to sleep / get restful sleep. Should hopefully be a good combo, but I won't know for a few weeks or even a couple months as these things take time to truly begin to affect you.
Anyway, it means my alcohol and caffeine consumption must be drastically reduced and I may quit smoking as well... (Wellbutrin is Zyban...) so, who knows, maybe better health all the way around.
